| Important notes: Revised 9/26/2011 You are embarking on an adventure that will look into the now unknown to find your roots. Family Genealogy Research is not an exact science but a treasure hunt that can result in many surprises. I will perform my initial research based on the information and goals you provide above. Please fill out this form as completely as you can. The more specific and accurate your information is, the better it is for me to find a link to your ancestors. I will need to write or call you for more information so you must provide a good email address & phone number where you can be reached. I charge $90 for the initial family search. To submit your information just click on the "Send to Me" button. To receive my research findings, your prepayment is required. You will receive an email notice on how to pay safely with Pay Pal or credit card. I will accept checks upon request. ------------------------------------------------ After you receive my initial findings, you can request that I continue my research to find even more information. I charge $40 an hour for on-going genealogy research. Most clients order in multiple hours. I usually perform much of my research on the www. Occasionally your research may require in-person visits to state or regional genealogy libraries. I may also need to order copies of birth, death, or other certificates from state or federal offices. You will naturally be asked in advance for permission for me to proceed if there will be any additional expenses. When you have reached your goals, you may order special family tree charts in the format of your choosing displayed in fine presentation binders or boxed CDs.
